Running Programs

Whether you have completed several 5K's, 10K's, half marathons or never completed one before, our 8-12 week program will give you the tools, motivation and inspiration you need to safely complete a 5K or 10K with our jog:walk interval training.


Baby Boot Camp’s 5K & 10k training programs incorporate intervals of power walking and jogging, a method that is proven to prevent injury. Postpartum moms are more susceptible to injury due to the dramatic physical and hormonal changes. Your joints (hips and knees) are most susceptible, both of which endure significant and potentially detrimental impact if you do not incorporate walking intervals. We do also coach on non-stop running as well, so whether you are an avid experienced runner or a newbie we are here for it all.


Come out and try our training program and focus on improving your run time with a faster pace or simply be inspired to complete one of the races through walking and jogging intervals.
